Zarreen Alam-Cheetham secures Conditional Discharge

Zarreen Alam-Cheetham from Exchange Chambers has secured a Conditional Discharge for a man who pleaded guilty to possession of a firework/flare at a sporting event, within the football stadium of Scunthorpe United.

The case included a contested Football Banning Order hearing with Zarreen successfully opposing any imposition of a Football Banning Order or any football match prohibition at all.
