William Waldron QC and Pankaj Madan secure £4.5 in brain injury claim

William Waldron QC and Pankaj Madan from Exchange Chambers have secured £4.5 million in damages for a severe traumatic brain injury victim of a road traffic accident.
Liability was substantially disputed and life expectancy was foreshortened in a hard-fought case.
The High Court of Justice in London approved the £4.5 million settlement earlier this year.
