Successful application to dismiss for Imran Shafi

Imran Shafi from Exchange Chambers has successfully applied to dismiss a serious ‘group attack’ section 18 charge in respect of his client.

Following submissions highlighting the inadequacy of the identification evidence, the Trial Judge at Bradford Crown Court acceded to the application. Imran Shafi was instructed by Blackwells Solicitors of Keighley.
