Success for Adam Brown and Emily Hassell in red diesel and VAT fraud

Adam Brown and Emily Hassell of Exchange Chambers represented a company director accused of VAT evasion within the course of a red diesel fraud.

The jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts following a six week trial at Sheffield Crown Court and the prosecution offered no evidence on all outstanding matters.
