Chris Barnes, personal injury and clinical negligence barrister at Exchange Chambers, acted for the successful appellant in the case of Colin Crooks v Hendricks Lovell Ltd. [2016] EWCA Civ 8. The case considered the interplay between Part 36 Offers and CRU Certificates where the Certificate is successfully appealed following judgment.
