Steven Crossley successfully represents South Yorkshire Police Officer

Steven Crossley from Exchange Chambers has represented a South Yorkshire Police Officer who admitted Misconduct by calling his female Sergeant “sweetcheeks” and making reference to her clothing.
The Officer denied making a comment alleged to have constituted a sexual innuendo and the Panel did not find the most serious allegation proved. The Officer received a Final Written Warning. The case attracted national press interest.
