Simon Lewis appointed to Sports Resolutions’ Panel

Simon Lewis from Exchange Chambers has been appointed to the Sports Resolutions’ Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators, as a development mediator and arbitrator, from 1 April 2018 until 31 March 2021.

In this role, he could be involved in cases relating to: employment and discrimination; integrity and discipline; commercial matters; football; athlete selection and eligibility; paralympic and disability issues.

The appointment complements Simon’s ongoing roles as a chair of England Boxing’s disciplinary panel and as a non-executive director of the West Riding County Football Association. It also builds more generally on his sports law practice, in which he has acted for a number of well-known football clubs.
