Exchange Chambers are delighted to invite you to our upcoming free hybrid seminar, ‘Improving Outcomes for the Homeless’. The event will be held in-person in Manchester Chambers and on Zoom. Together with expert guest speakers and members of Exchange, there will be four 30-minute talks from:

  • Ellie Atkins from Manchester City Council – What does research and expert practice tell us about the importance of executive functioning assessments?
  • Richard Edwards from Potter Rees Dolan, a Hugh James business – How the courts and solicitors approach management of homelessness/vulnerability issues
  • Matthew Stockwell – Successfully litigating cases on behalf of homeless people and other vulnerable adults
  • Gerard Martin KC – Quantum issues on claims for the homeless
