CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome): An overview and some tips for litigators

We are delighted to invite you to a free Zoom webinar about CRPS in conjunction with Tania Brown Ltd.

Matthew Stockwell, from our Personal Injury team, will give an overview about the condition and diagnosis and will focus on the issues that often crop up in litigation of these cases.

Deanne Barrow from Tania Brown Ltd will discuss what solicitors need to know from an experts perspective and the things to do and avoid in terms of investigation and instruction. Including : The NHS pathways, variations, good practice in terms of rehabilitation and support. The areas that solicitors are likely to need to think about, investigate on the quantum side and what they can do to get the best use out of expert evidence.

This one hour event will be chaired by Pankaj Madan from our Personal Injury team and the talks will be followed by a question and answer session.
