In the first of a series of seminars aimed at new practitioners and those who wish to refresh their knowledge of key concepts, Amie Boothman and John Waiting will be addressing Boundary Disputes. The talk will address how to construe a conveyance, boundary agreements and adverse possession as well discussing procedure and strategy.
