BABICM and their Perfect Storm Survey

Following on from BABICM’s recent Perfect Storm Survey – which gathered information across the UK on the current difficulties recruiting and retaining care and support for case managed clients – Exchange Chambers presents an online opportunity to hear more detail about these challenges.

Gerard Martin QC will pose questions to BABICM Chair Vicki Gilman on the findings of the survey. This will explore the current challenges, impacts and increased costs of recruiting and retaining care and support staff.

This will be followed by a question and answer session with a panel of case managers, who will also expand on the survey themes and discuss the future of care and support for clients.
