R v LJ – Manslaughter by gross negligence argument accepted

Benjamin Myers QC and Philip Parry from Exchange Chambers succeeded in persuading the Special Casework Department at the CPS and Senior Prosecution Counsel that their clients’ actions amounted to manslaughter by gross negligence and not murder, in a highly unusual case.
