Exchange Chambers’ Property team hold successful Annual Seminar via Zoom

Exchange Chambers’ property team last week held their Annual Property Seminar via a series of Zoom webinars on property law and the pandemic.
Over 150 delegates tuned into the webinar, which consisted of two sessions on the morning of Wednesday 8th July. The first session was chaired by Andrew Williams and included talks from the following:

Bill Hanbury: Challenges for landlords facing CVA’s and administrations
Lisa Feng: Corporate Governance and Insolvency Bill: Implications for Landlords and Tenants
The second session, chaired by Bill Hanbury, included talks from the following:
Peter Dixon: Planning – More or Less? A look at recent and proposed reforms to the planning system in England to sustain economic activity and support recovery
Lawrence McDonald: An overview of the effect of the pandemic on property litigation now and in the future
Lisa Linklater: Remote hearings – preparation and practical points
