We have a team of barristers who specialise in defending prosecutions. Members undertake a range of work, from high profile, large scale matters on behalf of multi-million pound corporate clients, to small individual claims. We defend a wide variety of cases prosecuted by the Environment Agency and other government bodies, particularly those involving the owners / directors of waste management companies and farms.
A number of our members are selected to prosecute on behalf of the Environment Agency in both the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
