We have the benefit of several members who have significant Costs Litigation and Funding experience, including specialist costs counsel.

Exchange Chambers are always keen to explore resolving cases expeditiously and fairly and have been advocates of mediation for well over 10 years. We have a pool of highly experience, accredited mediators and the facilities available to offer and conduct all forms of ADR.

Exchange Chambers remains committed to providing CPD accredited training and development opportunities for solicitors and experts throughout the calendar year. We invest a significant amount of time and resources into our internal training programme, which allows junior members to gain early experience and develop the knowledge and skill required to handle high value claims confidently. Developing this kind of rapport between senior and junior members strengthens the team and allows juniors to draw on experience beyond their year of call. Clients are accessing the collective knowledge and experience of the whole team when instructing an individual member.
