We also have expertise in immigration issues arising from employment relationships, such as Tier 2 sponsorships.

We frequently appear at all levels of the Court and Tribunal Services including the Employment Tribunal, The Employment Appeal Tribunal, County Courts, the High Court, and higher appellate courts.

Members also undertake all forms of non-contentious drafting work including contracts of employment, collective agreements, settlement agreements, sub-contractor agreements and restrictive covenants.

Our team draws together members who specialise in complementary areas of law such as commercial, personal injury and regulatory law, thus we offer a uniquely strong and well-rounded service. Five members of the team are appointed as Junior Counsel to the Crown (via the Government Legal Department Panel).
