Members also undertake all forms of non-contentious drafting work including contracts of employment, collective agreements, settlement agreements, sub-contractor agreements and restrictive covenants.

Our team draws together members who specialise in complementary areas of law such as commercial, personal injury and regulatory law, thus we offer a uniquely strong and well-rounded service. Five members of the team are appointed as Junior Counsel to the Crown (via the Government Legal Department Panel).
