Our barristers undertake work in a full range of Courts, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Many of our barristers have experience of acting in other jurisdictions, including Gibraltar and the Seychelles.

Professor David Milman, co-editor of the Annotated Guide to the Insolvency Legislation, is our Professorial Associate. Doctor John Tribe, one of the joint editors of Muir Hunter on personal insolvency, joined us in 2016 as an Academic Associate.
