We appear at all levels of the Courts and Tribunals system up to the Supreme Court. We have a detailed knowledge of the Business and Property Courts in the North and a number of our former members are now specialist BPC judges. Our barristers regularly appear in the Land Registration, Residential Property and Agricultural Land Divisions of the First-tier Tribunal and in the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal.
