Court of Protection

Simon has extensive experience of Court of Protection work involving both vulnerable children and vulnerable adults. The range of his experience covers both personal injury work and cared for children and adults. As well as working for the individual claimants, Simon has been instructed by various local authorities to deal with a number of different care and treatment issues. The range of his work has included deprivation of liberty, the alleged failure by the authority to provide appropriate care, the use of excessive force, the wrongful detention of patients and the harm that is alleged to have been caused by those matters.
