Sian practises exclusively in civil law and the vast majority of her work involves personal injury or clinical negligence claims and their related litigation. Her grounded personality puts her clients at ease and she works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.

Sian represents both claimants and defendants and has particular experience in LVI/fraud issues in road traffic accident cases. Sian has significant experience representing local authorities.

Her personal injury work ranges from the County Court to catastrophic injury claims in the High Court. Work regularly undertaken includes:

• RTA cases including LVI / fraud
• Employers Liability
• Occupiers Liability / Highways
• Catastrophic / fatal accidents
• Clinical negligence
• Inquests

She has been involved in several high-profile inquests and is frequently instructed by ‘Interested Parties’ to appear before the Coroner on their behalf.

Sian sits as Assistant Deputy Coroner for the Preston and West Lancashire Jurisdiction (appointed 2009).
