R v D (Liverpool Crown Court)
led junior, represented a defendant charged with murder.
R v W (Operation Valgus) (Mold Crown Court)
led junior, represented a defendant in a multi-million pound mortgage fraud carried out between 2003 and 2008, largely in North Wales. Involving over 800 residential properties, the evidence ran to over 60,000 pages.
R v F (Preston Crown Court)
led junior, successfully represented at trial a male charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. The case involved 8 defendants, including 3 serving police officers. Sarah analysed over 10,000 pages of telephone billing evidence and produced a number of schedules that were relied upon by the defence during the course of the trial.
R v M (Warrington Crown Court)
successfully represented a male at trial who was acquitted of wounding with intent (s.18).
R v P (Liverpool Crown Court)
successfully represented a male at trial who was acquitted of inflicting grievous bodily harm (s.20) and causing actual bodily harm (s.47).

successfully represented a male at trial who was acquitted of robbery in a dwelling.
R v B (Chester Crown Court)
represented a defendant at trial who was acquitted of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.

acted for a male charged with stabbing a woman in her own home causing grievous bodily harm (s.18).
R v J (Operation Deposit) (Maidstone Crown Court)
acted for two defendants in a multi- handed conspiracy to steal from supermarkets nationwide.
R v M (Warrington Crown Court)
represented a 15 year old male who was charged jointly with an adult of robbery in a dwelling.
R v D (Liverpool Crown Court)
prosecuted a female who was convicted of inflicting grievous bodily harm (s.20) by kicking another female to the face with a stiletto heel.
