Paul’s practice is mainly property based. It therefore includes all aspects of real property, both contentious and non-contentious. He regularly deals with landlord and tenant, both commercial and residential, land and conveyancing, land registration, restrictive covenants, rights of way and other easements, profits à prendre, property valuation, mortgages, housing, boundaries, and professional negligence arising from these areas.
Paul also frequently advises developers in relation to development agreements. Options and overage agreements.
Paul is an experienced advocate and has successfully argued cases in the Court of Appeal, as well as appearing in all courts over the years and tribunals with property jurisdiction.
