“Natasha Khalique from Unit Chambers was recommended to me by my Solicitor’s firm. I had previously experienced brief, impersonal meetings before court with other representatives at a time when I needed support and empathy. I was facing a two day Fact Finding / Composite hearing after 3 years of indescribable stress with family court and healing from domestic abuse. Natasha offered me a video call to introduce herself and offer reassurance that she was going through the paperwork and would contact me for any clarification. We also met before Court and she had a calm and caring manner. In these situations, it’s vital that your Barrister listens and gives you the time, even under pressure, to feel they have got your back. Natasha did this.
