Lee has a busy personal injury practice and is regularly instructed in cases worth in excess of £100,000. He is able to offer a fast turnaround of papers (including advices on quantum and liability and pleadings).

Lee has a very personable and pragmatic approach with his clients which puts them at ease and focusses on their priorities. He approaches each case with attention to detail and is thorough and robust with experts.

After finishing the bar course, Lee worked as a paralegal for a busy claimant personal injury firm. As a result, he understands the way that solicitors work and how counsel can add value throughout the life of a case, from pre-proceedings to settlement and beyond. He is keen to work with solicitors from an early stage and is happy to provide advice both formally and informally.
