Recent cases include:
JT [2021] – Lee represented the claimant in a 5 day trial in Manchester, involving allegations of negligence against a neurosurgeon for failing to return a patient to theatre following rapid deterioration in sight and eventual blindness after partial resection of a brain tumour. There were complex issues of breach and causation and oral expert evidence of consultant neurosurgeons and consultant ophthalmologists.
SF [2020] – Lee represents a claimant who has suffered severe pelvic inflammatory disease and severely impaired fertility, involving claims for IVF treatment, salpingectomy and abdominoplasty
