His particular experience in personal injury and clinical negligence allows him to provide expert advice to clients where there are contemplated civil proceedings. He has significant experience of the hospital environment having developed a significant clinical negligence practice.

Represented the family of a woman killed in a road traffic accident in Egypt. The inquest dealt with the inadequacy of the Egyptian police investigation. Represented the family of a woman who died of natural causes in hospital, but under a DNR order of which the family were not aware.
