Inquests Cases
In the Matter of MW (Stockport Coroner’s Court 2019) Acted on behalf of the manager of a care home in 4-day hearing concerning the care and referral of a resident.
In the Matter of FR (Heywood Coroner’s Court 2019) Acted for a company providing housing to individuals who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness. Hearing concerned death of a male who was a resident in supported accommodation.
In the Matter of JS (Preston Coroner’s Court, 2015) Acted on behalf of the family during a two-week inquest. The hearing followed the death of a man after a trench collapsed on him as he worked on a construction site linked to an offshore windfarm in Heysham in 2010.
In the Matter of DD (Blackpool Coroner’s Court, 2015) Acted on behalf of the family for a man found dead in his cell at HMP Preston.
In the Matter of MT (Stockport Coroner’s Court, 2018) Acting on behalf of a care home manager following the death of a resident from a local residential home.
