Construction
For eight years Jonathan was head of the Commercial Insurance Litigation department at the leading insurance firm, Keoghs. Whilst there he was responsible for a caseload of high value insurance litigation including TCC claims and other claims involving property damage and construction professionals, including claims for professional negligence involving construction professionals. From 2005 he was recognised as a leading practitioner in the field by both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
Jonathan accepts instructions on a wide variety of constructions disputes and regularly appears in the TCC. He has particular experience in disputes involving allegations of professional negligence against architects, engineers, and surveyors.
