Imogen commenced a common law pupillage in March 2023 under the supervision of Helen Rutherford. During her first six, she saw a wide range of common law work and hopes to develop a busy and diverse Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Inquest practice.
Imogen has developed her paperwork practice during pupillage and is able to provide advices on liability and quantum, and also draft statements of case. She prides herself on a quick turnaround of papers. Imogen is on the Junior Junior Scheme and welcomes instructions through this.
Prior to obtaining pupillage, Imogen was the Advocacy Standards Manager at a nationwide legal advocacy agency, where she managed over 70 advocates. Imogen has also worked as a County Court Advocate, gaining extensive advocacy experience acting for both Claimants and Defendants in Small Claims Hearings, interlocutory hearings and approval hearings.
