Fiona McNeill enjoys strong, collaborative relationships with instructing solicitors and prides herself on delivering an exceptional service.

She works with empathy, sensitivity, and a strong commitment to fairness whether representing the regulator or the individual professional, as she appreciates the significant impact that disciplinary investigations place on professionals.

Fiona brings knowledge and experience in presenting cases for the General Medical Council, including those involving King’s Counsel.

On clinical misconduct cases, including those requiring expert witnesses, she leverages her knowledge of medical practices and protocols, to represent doctors and other professionals in disciplinary matters.

Fiona is a member of the MPTS retained list for Special Counsel which in certain circumstance allows her to be instructed to cross-examine a witness on a practitioner’s behalf due to the sexual nature of the allegation.
