David’s practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, banking, guarantees, recovery of assets and sale of goods. He is frequently instructed by major banks and lenders.

Across these areas, David’s recent work has included:

• Advising and acting on disputes involving the sale of goods
• Acting for major banks in relation to high value return of goods applications
• Appearing at trial on behalf of UK lenders defending fraudulent misrepresentation claims brought pursuant to s.75 of the CCA 1974
• Fast-track and multi-track trials dealing with a wide variety of contractual disputes
• Advising upon and representing parties in applications for summary judgment and / or strike out
