Personal Injury

David practises in the areas of clinical negligence and personal injury. In relation to personal injury, David deals with all types of claims including:

  • Employers’ liability claims
  • Highways Act claims
  • Public liability claims
  • CRU appeals
  • CICA applications
  • Inquests in the Coroner’s Court.

He regularly gives talks and participates in seminars.

David also undertakes work in all areas of industrial disease and has particular experience of cases involving occupational asthma, the COSHH regulations in general, work related upper limb disorders, deafness and stress at work.
