David has considerable experience in licensing matters. His pedigree in this niche area includes many cases up to High Court level.
David is a member of the Institute of Licensing and holds the Professional Licensing Practitioners Qualification. He has also had the invaluable experience of spending time observing and working with the licensing department of a local authority area which has enhanced his existing skills.
