  • Beyond the Bar

    In September 2014, David spent 4 weeks in New Delhi, working with Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India.

    Before he commenced pupillage, David spent a year working for the Independent Police Complaints Commission. David was an Investigation Researcher, assigned to the Hillsborough investigation. This was the same topic which was covered by David in his undergraduate dissertation. He won an award for the best undergraduate project.

    David is a keen sportsman. Over recent years, David has completed two marathons, in New Orleans and Liverpool.

Personal Injury

David is regularly instructed in matters of personal injury. His practice covers road traffic accidents, employer’s liability and public liability.

David accepts instructions to represent parties in court as well as drafting pleadings and providing advice on liability and quantum. David has a reputation for turning papers around quickly. He is instructed in fast track and multi-track cases.

David is happy to respond to informal requests for advice by email or otherwise.
