David is led on the following matters, in which he drafts skeleton arguments and provides advice on complex topics in this rapidly developing area of law:

• Road Haulage Association & another v MAN SE & others: representing the Road Haulage Association in follow-on collective proceedings against European truck manufacturers.
• David Courtney Boyle v Govia Thameslink Railway Limited & others: representing Mr Boyle in standalone collective proceedings against Govia Thameslink and its parent companies.
• Mr Flavio de Carvalho Pinto Viegas & others v Mr José Luis Cutrale & others: representing Brazilian orange farmers in a cartel damages claim, proceeding in the Commercial Court but applying Brazilian law (including on limitation).
