Bill has nearly 30 years’ experience of commercial litigation and has advised and appeared in cases of emergency relief and asset recovery.
He has experience of fraudulent property transactions and in 2018 assisted the Law Society in writing its conveyancing protocol which includes guidance to solicitors on how to protect against fraud.
