Using the knowledge and experience that he gained in the field of personal injury, especially in high value litigation, Chris has a developing practice in clinical negligence that he is keen to develop and expand.
Chris has a particular interest in birth injuries; failed dental and cosmetic surgery as well as clinical negligence in the wider context. The depth of experience that Chris has gained in case management and cost budgeting conferences as well as all interlocutory hearings will also ensure the best possible outcome for his clients.
Chris is happy to conduct conferences at locations convenient to his instructing solicitor and he is keen to get involved in cases as early as possible particularly when considering suitable medical experts.

DH (a minor) v Stockport NHS Foundation Trust (2018) – new born baby suffered a significant brain injury with life changing consequences following the negligent failure of staff at the Defendant hospital to arrange an urgent ultra sound scan.
