Chris has a developing practice in clinical negligence and welcomes new instructions. Chris is particularly interested in cases involving the negligent provision of cosmetic treatment.
Recent instructions include the following (updated in August 2024):
- The successful defence of a medical professional who had been made the target of a non-party costs order;
- A successful claim involving negligent treatment provided by a General Practitioner, with the claim settling for £95,000.
