  • Beyond the Bar

    Caitlin believes in actively encouraging access to the profession, particularly for groups who are currently underrepresented at the Bar. She has acted as a mentor to aspiring barristers with schemes such as Bridging the Bar and Young Bar Mentoring, and welcomes aspiring barristers who perhaps feel as though they have no existing contacts within the profession to drop her a message on Linkedin if they have any questions.

Clinical Negligence

Caitlin has a growing clinical negligence practice, and has experience in drafting pleadings, and advising on liability and quantum in writing or in conference with experts. Her experience has included cases involving missed and delayed diagnosis, negligent mismanagement of treatment, and negligent surgical procedures, among others.
