Beth has recently returned to the self-employed Bar and accepts instructions in relation to property matters on behalf of claimants and defendants. Her practice in this area includes advocacy, advice and drafting.

Beth has experience in acting for landlords, mortgagees and LPA receivers in a range of possession proceedings including actions against trespassers. She has attended mortgage and rent possession hearings, final charging order hearings, and applications to suspend warrants of possession. She has also successfully applied for injunctive relief on behalf of a housing association. Beth has acted in proceedings under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees
Act 1996.

She has advised in relation to matters such as undue influence, succession tenancies, and beneficial interests in property. She also advises in relation to property cases involving insolvency issues.
