Beth has recently returned to the self-employed Bar and is developing a commercial practice. Her previous commercial work includes:

• Sale of Goods Act disputes
• Consumer Credit Act issues
• Contractual disputes

Beth has appeared in the Applications List in both Manchester and Leeds; successfully applied to set aside default judgments; successfully acted for mortgagees resisting applications to stay/ suspend warrants for possession, and appeared in the winding up petitions list on several occasions. She has been instructed in a multi-track costs and case management conference, and has attended directions hearings in mercantile and chancery matters. She has also advised, drafted pleadings, and attended hearings in various contractual disputes.
