Paul Johnson from Exchange Chambers is a speaker at the Bar Council’s ADR in a post-Covid world: navigating the new landscape webinar on 15 September 2020.

The Bar Council’s webinar is taking place in conjunction with some of the most renowned ADR associations including CEDR and the Civil Mediation Council and will provide advice and direction to both aspiring and seasoned practitioners on how to navigate the changed landscape.

Paul will speak alongside Claire Andrews from Gough Square Chambers.  Their presentation – why use ADR post-Covid? – will cover:

• What is the impact of Covid-19 on the use of litigation and what does it mean for the legal sector?
• How has Covid-19 changed the ADR landscape, and how can ADR be used to cut down on the court backlog?
• What does the future hold for ADR, and how can aspiring practitioners become a part of it?

The webinar will also include an address from guest speaker and Chair of the Civil Mediation Council, Sir David Foskett.
