Pankaj Madan appointed as sole legal expert for training programme

Leading legal training company Bond Solon has appointed Pankaj Madan, a barrister at Exchange Chambers in Leeds, as its sole legal expert for a specific project training medical experts in whiplash type claims.

Pankaj Madan will be working with Bond Solon to provide training to “MedCo” the new non-profit making medical organisation for the GP’s and Physiotherapists responsible for the preparation of reports in soft tissue injury claims brought under the MoJ’s Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents.    In delivering the training, Pankaj will be working with a number of eminent medical experts, including Mr Akhtar Khan, Michael Foy, Philip Fagg and David McDowell.

Pankaj, who also sits as a Deputy District Judge, is  a recognised leading name in Personal Injury Litigation. He has a balanced practice representing both Claimant and Defendant  in high value multi-track cases involving catastrophic and life-changing injuries with particular expertise in Chronic Pain, Brain and Leg injuries.  He is from a medical family and has an excellent understanding of medical issues.

He is experienced in claims of the utmost severity exceeding £1 million and is at ease undertaking very substantial multi track claims. He is also a national lecturer with CLT.
