Nicholas Francis QC appointed to the High Court Bench

Nicholas Francis QC has been appointed as a Justice of the High Court. He has been assigned to the Family Division and will be known as The Honourable Mr Justice Francis.

Nicholas Francis QC was called to the Bar (M) in 1981 and took Silk in 2002. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in 1999, as a Recorder in 2000 and a Deputy High Court Judge in 2011.

As a door tenant at Exchange Chambers, Nicholas Francis QC specialised in high net worth divorce, separation and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, with many cases involving trusts and an international element.
