Mark Rhind KC and Fiona Clancy represent youth acquitted of Murder and Manslaughter in Operation Sandpiper

Following a 12 week trial at Manchester Crown Court, a 17 year old youth was unanimously acquitted of Murder and Manslaughter in relation to a stabbing which took place in 2022.

The allegation centred around joint participation in a stabbing along with nine other Defendants and involved a complex sequence of events alongside detailed analysis of CCTV evidence.

He was represented by Mark Rhind KC and Fiona Clancy of Exchange Chambers who were assisted by Amy Weir, Pupil.
