Lisa Linklater publishes “Shareholder disputes: breaking the deadlock”

Lisa Linklater, barrister in the commercial team at Exchange Chambers, has published a feature entitled “Shareholder disputes: breaking the deadlock“.

The article explores the legal options available to shareholders when relations turn sour and considers the practical issues that may arise. It also highlights the excellent and accessible forums throughout the North of England in which to resolve shareholder disputes.

Lisa has a very strong practice in shareholder disputes, built on extensive experience and repeat instructions.  She also specialises in commercial chancery disputes involving company, partnership, insolvency, contract, trust or property law issues.
