Lisa Linklater, barrister in the commercial team at Exchange Chambers, has published a feature entitled “Shareholder disputes: breaking the deadlock“.

Lisa has a very strong practice in shareholder disputes, built on extensive experience and repeat instructions. She also specialises in commercial chancery disputes involving company, partnership, insolvency, contract, trust or property law issues.
