Lisa Linklater KC guest speaker at latest Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum

The latest Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum will take place on Tuesday 5 July 2022.

The event is entitled:

“Shareholder Disputes: Unfair Prejudice Petitions and the Art of Share Valuations.”

Specialist Leeds BPC Judge His Honour Judge Klein will chair the discussion with Lisa Linklater KC from Exchange Chambers and Chris Clements, partner, Deloitte LLP.

Lisa Linklater QC is a committee member of the Leeds Business & Property Courts forum, which is supported by Leeds Law Society and Leeds Law School, Leeds Beckett University.

The event starts at 5:30pm for 6pm at the Rose Bowl, Leeds Beckett University. It is also available online.
