Julian King and Steven Crossley successfully defend Greater Manchester Police Constables

Steven Crossley and Julian King from Exchange Chambers have successfully defended two Greater Manchester Police Constables.
PC P and PC H of Greater Manchester Police both faced misconduct allegations in relation to their actions in dealing with a cannabis farm in a residential property. It was alleged the officers caused intentional and unnecessary damage to the property, whilst dismantling the drugs farm.
The Misconduct hearing held at Greater Manchester Police Headquarters was conducted over three days after which, the Panel found that all allegations were not proved.
