Julian King in trio of Police Misconduct Hearings

Julian King from Exchange Chambers has recently represented police officers in 3 separate misconduct hearings in Lancashire Constabulary.

PC W faced allegations of possession of indecent images, PC M faced allegations of misuse of intelligence systems and false reports and Insp B faced allegations concerning actions performed as a welfare officer. The hearings lasted 4 days, 11 days and 10 days respectively.
