Imran Shafi KC secures back-to-back murder acquittals

Imran Shafi KC from Exchange Chambers, leading Catherine Daly,  has secured the acquittal of his client on a count of murder.  The jury convicted him of the lesser alternative of manslaughter.

The two co-accused were convicted of murder. Operation Perasilk was an investigation into the fatal stabbing of a known drug dealer in his own home.

Imran Shafi KC has in the past month secured back-to-back acquittals for two clients charged with murder.
